Application Requirement
To control the Filling of material such as chilly powder, Wheel Powder of Auger Filling machine.System consist of 64 DI/DO with HMI and Axis positioning module and Programmable co -processor module. Control system was designed to control the weight of filling material where the weight is sensed by Weighing Scale.Two axis controls is done by Axis positioning. With the help of OIU, parameters such as quantity of the filling material can be set.
